National Home Health Services is utilizing the most current technology in order to provide a new standard of home care with daily monitoring of vital signs. We can place the TeleMonitor in the patient's home and provide the physician with trend reports of blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level, weight and even blood sugar level and temperature if needed.
And speak to one of our friendly nurses who will help you get started. We will contact your physician and your insurance company for you to arrange the service. Most of the time we will make the first visit the same or the next day.
